Employees and volunteers can make the team or individually participate in this fun event to take the stairs more often at the workplace. There is an opportunity to win an award as well! Details:
Submit your daily stair flights by midnight to participate in the movement competition!
Remember:
1) Count the flights of stairs you walk in the hospital, regardless of number of stairs. One flight equals one floor.
- Ex. Going from 1st floor to 5th floor is four flights of stairs.

2) Submit your daily flights on the Daily flight tracker Google Form by midnight on each day.
- You must submit your daily flights every day. If you fail to do so, your stairs will not count for the day.
- Each team member is responsible for submitting their own stair count.
