Strengthening Latino Health:  2019 Latino Health and Health Disparities Conference

Fortaleciendo La Salud Latina:  Conferencia de Salud Latina 2019

This conference will bring together individuals committed to addressing health disparities that impact Latino communities.  The conference will offer an opportunity for researchers, practitioners and advocates to share emerging research, best practices and community perspectives that shape the agenda for Latino health and eliminating disparities. Keynote speakers: David Acosta, chief diversity and inclusion officer for the Association of American Medical Colleges; and John P. Sanchez, assistant dean for diversity and inclusion at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. 


The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.


The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry designates this live activity for a maximum of 5.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
