This workshop is an opportunity to explore some of the underlying dynamics that create persistent issues of exclusion and inequity in many settings. Topics include an overview of cognitive blind spots, creating shared definitions of terms, and exploring the framework of intention vs impact. This experiential workshop includes hands-on activities, small group and large group conversations.
