Description: Before you can be a good supervisor, you need to know your strengths and weaknesses. You need to be able to self-reflect on personal decision making and understand how you as a supervisor affect your peers. On top of all that, you must feel confident with separating personal and professional roles. This workshop provides you skills to practice being an effective supervisor.

Learning Objectives:
1) Compare and contrast the different supervisory styles that exist
2) Develop a personal supervisory style and goals related to that style
