Talk on Diabetes at Public Library

Alicia Bell, MD, Preventive Medicine Resident, URMC, will present "How’s your 'sugar'?" Are you or someone you love at risk for diabetes? Many are, but don't know it. Dr. Bell will help you learn more about who gets diabetes, can it be prevented, how do you know if you have it, and how to live with this disease.

Parking is available in the Court Street garage, which is connected to the library. There will be healthy snacks and a free raffle.

Sponsored by the Center for Community Health & Prevention in partnership with the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County, as part of the "Got Health" series.  Can't attend? The talk will be streamed live by the Central Library, so you can tune in on Facebook! Please ‘like’ and ‘share’ the broadcast to help us spread the word.
