Medallion Program: Teambuilding: Learning Different Strategies and Practicing Them

This session features interactive teambuilding activities accompanied by a conversation about the importance of working cohesively within an organization. Participants will learn about effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.

Learning Objectives:

1) Identify techniques that improve group morale and communication

2) Engage in a discussion about the importance of working cohesively within an organization

3) Facilitate collaborative activities

This workshop fulfills a Medallion Program Level 2 requirement for Interpersonal Competence. this workshop is hosted by Heather Maclin.
