Please join us for a Healthcare Safety Awareness Week Grand Rounds, with an overview of efforts to improve staff and patient safety at URMC. This program will be offered twice to accomdate varying schedules. 

After this activity, participants should be able to: 

• Explain the interrelatedness between patient safety, workforce safety and psychological safety.
• Give examples of high-priority patient safety metrics and efforts to achieve sustainable improvement.
• Describe efforts to ensure the safety of our healthcare workforce.
• Discuss psychological safety and efforts to promote it in our healthcare environment.
