The war started by Russia in 2022 is a game-changer for Europe, especially for its central and eastern parts. Putin’s plans to expand the Russian empire by force make the issue of international and regional security crucial for Central and Eastern Europe. We shall examine the implications of the war and propose new concepts of security architecture that may affect the regional and global balance of power.
The lecture is sponsored by the Skalny Center for Polish and Central European Studies.
