Undergraduate Honors Thesis Talk by Tran Duy Anh Le, University of Rochester.
Abstract: In this paper, we work on multilinear restriction and its applications to signal recovery. Specifically, we will show that sending more signals will have a higher chance of recovering the original information and discuss the variations of uncertainty principles with respect to multilinear restriction inequalities. We also prove a generalization of Bourgain's result on $\Lambda_q$ problem for multiple functions and apply it to multiple transmissions.
