Understanding Open Educational Resources

Planning for fall courses and can't find the necessary textbooks in e-format? Open educational resources (OER) can provide a solution that is free of cost and free of barriers.

What exactly are OER and how can you find, adapt, or create and integrate them into your courses? Join River Campus Libraries in this short one-hour workshop to become familiar with options beyond print and e-textbooks.

Want to know more before you sign up? See how a biology professor at UR has integrated OER into one of his courses: Open for Learning.

Please fill out the registration form to attend. A Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
