University Human Research Protection Program (UR-HRPP) Educational Forum

Susan Staples, BS, Health Project Coordinator in the Department of Surgery, Cancer Control will present ‘How Coordinators Can Assist in Ensuring Practicality of Study Assessments – From the Subject’s Point of View’.

Abstract: The scientific goal of every study is to prove a scientific premise through reliable data, but if collecting that data is too burdensome for subjects, enrollment will suffer and withdrawal rates will soar. This session will discuss potential problem areas and how they can be addressed with the study design team.

Remote participation will be available via Zoom here: https://rochester.zoom.us/j/693683233.  Continuing education credit/certifications of attendance will be available.  The sessions will also be recorded for later viewing.
