University Resource Group Summit

University Resource Groups will present their first annual summit, “UR Making a Difference,”

The keynote speaker is Kevin McDonald, vice chancellor for inclusion, diversity, and equity and chief diversity officer at the University of Missouri. Topics include "Living the Brand: A Culture of Respect," "Working while Deaf and Hard of Hearing," "Disability: We're All In," and a panel discussion on "Women and Men of Color: We Are Not Invisible."

 University Resource Groups, also known as employee resource groups, are voluntary, staff-led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with the overall diversity and inclusion strategic plan and the Culture of Respect; “A Commitment to Ever Better.” 

Registration is required. Email arena.crues@rochester.edu by December 4 to register and for additional information.
