This class is open to all Wilmot Cancer Institute patients who are in active treatment or have completed treatment. Expressive writing has been shown to be beneficial to patients’ physical and psychosocial being. This class allows patients to process their experience in a manner that promotes growth and positive adaption. The 10-week program is offered once a week and requires patients to attend all classes unless they are ill.
