We are pleased to share an exciting new faculty development opportunity and invite your participation and support. The UR Mentor LAB is an innovative program focused on facilitated group peer mentoring for University of Rochester faculty.

UR Mentor LAB offers participants a unique experience in:

• Career development and goal-setting
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Connecting through a community of peer mentors

Who is eligible?

UR Mentor LAB welcomes University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry faculty at all stages of their careers, including early-, mid- and late-career, researchers, clinician-educators, and leaders in medical education. 40-48 faculty will be accepted for the 2026-27 cohort.

The program requires a commitment to attending 4 x 1-day in-person sessions.
