 rsity of Rochester faculty.\n\n \n\nUR Mentor LAB offers participants a un
 ique experience in: \n\nCareer development and goal-settingLeadership and 
 mentoring skills Connecting through a community of peer mentors \n\nWho is
  eligible?\n\nUR Mentor LAB welcomes University of Rochester School of Med
 icine and Dentistry faculty at all stages of their careers\, including ear
 ly-\, mid- and late-career\, researchers\, clinician-educators\, and leade
 rs in medical education. 40-48 faculty will be accepted for the 2026-27 co
 hort.\n\nThe program requires a commitment to attending 4 x 1-day in-perso
