About this Event
500 Wilson Blvd, Rochester, NY 14611
http://www.rochester.edu/urstudent/The UR Student Faculty Special Interest Group (SIG) will be meeting to continue informing and collecting Faculty feedback regarding the University's new student information system going live July 2019.
Agenda:
The UR Student Project’s lead for Records and Registration, Julia Kraus, will guide us through a preliminary demonstration of how grading will work in UR Student. This demo will only be displaying an early prototype of grading in UR Student, and should not be viewed as the final product.
Please note: UR Student is not replacing Blackboard as the University’s learning management system, but will be the repository for interim grades (for schools that want to use them) and final grades.
We are looking forward to getting your opinions on what we can demonstrate at this point in the project, so we can build from it. There will be plenty of time for comments and questions about the grading prototype and any other aspects of UR Student.
Note: SIG members are pre-selected across the University. Attendance is by invitation only.
Visit the Faculty SIG Team page on the UR Student website to see who is representing your area.
