Medallion Program: Values

This workshop will allow you to identify values that are relevant to you. Values guide your life, the decisions that you make, and to a large degree, who you are. Participants will examine how personal values, leadership values, and the process of leadership intersect.

Workshop Learning Objectives:

1) Identify personal and/or leadership values

2) Recognize potential conflicts with your values that may occur in your work

3) Understand negotiation and consensus when it comes to appreciating other people's value systems.

This workshop fulfills the Medallion Program Level 1 requirement for Intrapersonal Development. The workshop is hosted by Ed Feldman.
