Gain a better understanding of the various components of fitness, explore motivational challenges to being more physically active, and learn how to prevent injuries in five weekly sessions with Jen Lee, CPT. I loved that Jennifer had us do an activity to practice relaxation each time. It was great. I would recommend it!
