Lifestyle Management Program: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

7 Weekly ZOOM Sessions, Wednesdays begining August 12th from 6:00 - 7:30 PM

*UR Employees only: Explore the studied practice of living mindfully with Dr. Autumn Gallegos, and discover how meditation can help provide more balance, stability and satisfaction in seven 1.5-hour weekly sessions. Once registered, you will receive the course materials and Zoom link prior to the first session.
