Virtual-Lifestyle Management Program: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

8 Weekly ZOOM Sessions, Tuesdays beginning September 22nd from 6:30 - 9:00 PM plus full day session Saturday October 31st

*UR employees and eligible spouses only: Explore the studied practice of living mindfully with Dr. Mick Krasner and Dr. Patricia Luck, and discover how meditation can help provide more balance, stability and satisfaction in eight 2.5-hour weekly sessions and a virtual Saturday retreat. The retreat is October 31st from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Direct questions to the lifestyle management team at 530-2050 or email. Confirm your eligibility prior to registration.
