8 Weekly ZOOM Sessions, Tuesdays beginning September 28th from 6:30 - 9:00 PM plus a full day session Saturday November 6th. 

Explore the studied practice of living mindfully with Dr. Mick Krasner and Dr. Patricia Luck, and discover how meditation can help provide more balance, stability and satisfaction in eight 2.5-hour weekly sessions and a virtual Saturday retreat.
