Virtual-Lifestyle Management Program: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

8 Weekly ZOOM Sessions, Wednesdays beginning February 24th from 6:00 - 8:00 PM plus a full day session Saturday April 3rd. 

Explore the studied practice of living mindfully with Dr. Mick Krasner and Dr. Patricia Luck, and discover how meditation can help provide more balance, stability and satisfaction in eight 2-hour weekly sessions and a virtual Saturday retreat.
