Lifestyle Management Program - Stress Reduction 

5 weekly sessions Mondays, beginning June 28th from 12:00pm - 1:00pm

*Class ends 8/2, No class on 7/5 due to University Holiday. 

Gain practical skills to manage your stress, improve your relationships, find a healthier work-life balance, and refocus on your priorities in five Zoom-based group sessions with Anne Sammler.
