Achieve weight loss and improve overall health with proven tools, expert guidance, and ongoing support needed to make and maintain lifestyle changes in 18 one-hour group sessions by Zoom and 6 monthly individual sessions by Zoom or phone with Melissa Roth, RD, CPT. It was a good meeting. The instructor is very knowledgeable and tries to engage the group.
It was our first time meeting so it will take a white for us to loosen up and talk more but I see it happening.
