Virtual-Lifestyle Management Program: Weight Loss

18 Weekly Sessions, Wednesdays begining April 28th from 5:00-6:00pm 

Achieve weight loss and improve overall health with proven tools, expert guidance, and ongoing support needed to make and maintain lifestyle changes in 18 one-hour group sessions by Zoom and 6 monthly individual sessions by Zoom or phone with Kayla Womeldorff, RD. Direct questions to the lifestyle management team at 585-530-2050 or email. Confirm your eligibility prior to registration.
