Achieve weight loss and improve overall health with proven tools, expert guidance, and ongoing support needed to make and maintain lifestyle changes in 18 one-hour group sessions by Zoom and 6 monthly individual sessions by Zoom or phone with Jen Lee, CPT. Very interest in this, but it appears to already be sold out with 33 people? Will additional spots be opened?
I am very interested in this class but it does not work with my schedule. Anyway we can work this out?
