Embracing a calmer, more focused, and growth-oriented mindset, students will be equipped with invaluable tools to conquer academic challenges and flourish both personally and academically throughout their college journey.

Open to all students, staff, and faculty at the University of Rochester. FOR STUDENTS: By attending all sessions, you will be able to receive a giveaway of your choosing: The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook, a meditation cushion, or a yoga mat.
