The Center for Emerging & Innovative Science along with the Center of Excellence in Data Science at the University of Rochester is proud to announce its first virtual University showcase. This online showcase will highlight technology presentations and exhibitor displays from diverse organizations and researchers. To kick off the event, we have presentations from guest speakers:

• Derek Thompson, Staff Writer at The Atlantic, will discuss The Future of the American City: Superstars, Supercommutes, and Super Convenience
• Joe Stefko, President and CEO of ROC2025, will explore the Remote Work Revolution’s impact on economic development strategy 
• Jim Poore (CEO) and Dave Horan (CTO), of Immersitech, who will discuss Immersive Communications, a Game Changer for Remote Work
