Tune in during quarantine for some virtually-led yoga sessions taught by UR’s Hatha Yoga Club. We plan to offer classes three times a week and encourage students of all levels to participate. We’ll be working through some basic flows and will include more advanced options for students looking to challenge themselves. Pre-registration is highly recommended, but not required. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and that you have space around you to move. We hope to see you there!
