Zachary Brown, Ph.D., Pathways to the Professorate Postdoctoral Fellow at the Frederick Douglass Institute, Department of Black Studies, and the Warner School of Education, will bridge recent debates in the philosophy of higher education with the idea of the Black University which emerged during the late 1960s to discuss new ways to imagine higher education and the university.
