Come join Well-U and the Dietetic Interns of Food & Nutrition Services for a live cooking demo in support of National Nutrition Month and learn creative ways to reduce food waste. We will be focusing on using all parts of fruits and vegetables and reusing leftovers by making a Roasted Veggie Quinoa Bowl with Cajun Chickpeas.
