Take a break from your inbox and appointments and join lifestyle managementexperts Jennifer Lee, CPT and April Ho, RD, CPT to learn how to reduce and prevent the physiological effects of stress. Discover how stress can cause both physical and mental stiffness, explore the benefits of stretching, and learn some techniques to help you release tension, reduce pain, improve posture and flexibility, and increase mental clarity and productivity. Session will include some light stretching.
