Well-U: Tai Chi Introduction Class

Have you been interested in trying your hand at Tai Chi? The slow, meditative movements in Tai Chi have been shown to reduce stress levels, increase blood circulation, and balance the immune system. Join Well-U and Wendy Smith, certified Tai Chi instructor, as we provide a one hour class focusing on the beginning movements of Sun Style Tai Chi, partner breathing exercises, and self massage techniques.
