18 Weekly Sessions, Wednesdays begining January 12th from 5:00-6:00pm 

Achieve weight loss and improve overall health with proven tools, expert guidance, and ongoing support needed to make and maintain lifestyle changes in 18 one-hour group sessions by Zoom and 6 monthly individual sessions by Zoom or phone with Nina Rosien, RD.
