Stage fright v Peak Performance - nearly all musicians will face issues in attaining peak performance but 
there are strategies and options to help you perform at the top of your game. 

Ann McCulloch, is a Registered Nurse Certified Healthcare Professional in Healthcare Quality with a master degree in Medical Management. Her final capstone project was a hybrid between business operations and performing arts medicine. 

Justin McCulloch will receive his doctorate of musical arts from the Eastman School this December, where his dissertation topic was performance anxiety. He has been featured as a workshop and poster presenter on Performance Anxiety at the Performing Arts Medical Association International Symposium as well as local organizations, such as the Rochester Cello Society.  

Wellness at Eastman is a new monthly seminar series focused on a healthly and mindful approach to a career as a performing artist. Topics will cover physical and mental health, and how artists can create a sustainable path for their future.
