This spring, Simon Business School and University of Rochester Medicine are excited to partner for another offering of the Healthcare Leadership Development Program (HCLDP), which offers a unique opportunity to sharpen your business acumen and strengthen your healthcare management skills, without the commitment of a full graduate degree program.

The program’s targeted curriculum is split into four modules focusing on various aspects of healthcare administration. University of Rochester Medicine physicians and healthcare leaders with advanced degrees—as well as clinicians with a bachelor's degree and at least seven years of professional experience—are encouraged to apply.

Join our upcoming information session to learn more about the curriculum and modules, how to access tuition benefits, and what to expect from the program experience.

The session will also feature insights from HCLDP alumna Koren Holley, clinical research coordinator for CCPL, who will share her perspectives on the program’s impact and how it supported her continued leadership development.
