Anna Brown, Wilmot Informatics Lead Developer, and Cameron Baker, MS, Genomics Shared Resource Bioinformaticist, will provide an overview of the informatics team, the projects they've worked on, and how you can use them in your research.

Attendees will learn:

• Who the Wilmot Informatics Team are and some of the projects they've worked on

• Quick demonstrations of some analytics pipelines (e.g., Hypergen)

• How the data transfer/storage processes and SC Explorer work

• How to utilize these analytics tools in your research

All students, technicians, postdocs, and PIs are encouraged to attend.  Lunch will be provided.
