Writing Workshop: Understanding Academic Genres

Understanding genre is a way to understand how texts function in terms of their audience, purpose, and forms. This workshop will provide an overview of the various types of academic texts that you will be expected to read and to write as graduate students in the social sciences. We will practice with reading some of these educational genres.

Workshops will also be accessible via Zoom.
