UR Medicine is proud to host a Heart Health Education Series at the Eastside Family YMCA. This interactive event will feature Hands-Only CPR and AED demonstrations, blood pressure screenings, and practical heart health education for individuals and families from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

At 10:00 a.m., Dr. Mathias will present “5 Keys to a Healthy Heart,” offering expert insights and actionable tips to support lifelong cardiovascular health.
