About this Event
The focus of this class is to relieve lower back discomfort and pain. Yoga is a highly effective treatment for general lower back pain. Please let your instructor know at the beginning of class if you have physical limitations. No experience necessary. A yoga mat is highly recommended but not necessary. Be prepared to have a space 6 feet long by 4 feet across to practice.
