About this Group
History is the study of the many worlds of the past, using evidence, imagination, and analytical tools. It is an exploration of cultures, times, and places very different from our own - a true adventure.
The History Department focuses on the connections between various cultures and regions of the world, and on individualized attention to students. We aim to cultivate writing, research, and analytical abilities that will serve them in careers ranging from law, to business to academia
